The Merging of the Luxury Automobile Market into the Mass Market. In the link attached below, it shows a clear emergence of the 'Educated Luxury Buyer'. What do you think this will be the Future, now we will have both Luxury and Mass Products being sold under the same Roof and Same Brand names?
V. Srinivas  |  Commented  |  1 year ago
In the long range, if the "Educated Luxury Buyer" type of mall emerges, the prices for the same goods will be much higher than that in the "Janata" mall. But the ambience will be much much higher. The top end goods that the "Aam Aadmi" can not...

AMERICA'S TRILLIONAIRE'S - SO WEALTHY, THEIR FULL REAL WEALTH IS NEAR ON IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCURATELY MEASURE. Ask anyone if they can guess who is the wealthiest person in the world and the odds are the first name you will hear is Bill Gates o r Sam Walton's children. Or, perhaps it will be some other name that appears annually on the Forbes or Fortune list of America's richest families—names like Larry Page or Sergy Brin from Google, or Amazon.com's founder Jeff Bezos, or Yahoo's founders, Dave Filo and Jerry Yang since these are the 'blue chips' of the cyberworld. Every now and then, because you may have heard the names growing up, someone will mention names like Rockefeller or Rothschild or ...

In order to conquer the Stage Fear one needs to have Confidence in his own-self. Once you have the right confidence the half the battle is already won. Rest can be taken care by an excellent Research over the Topic and of-course a person's Perspective.

1 Money incentives
2 Elevation/Promotion is the incentive
Jaygopal Raghavan  |  Added idea  "Cash rewards"  |  1 year ago
These are sure fire way of motivating the employee to get their friends to join. In fact like they say "money speaks many languages", so too would employees be able to convince even the most die-hard opponent to join their company.
Kashif Billal  |  Added idea  |  1 year ago
I think if Companies provides the Employee with a Letter of Appreciation with another appreciation listen at the Company Notice Board/Activity Board/Main Frame and followed by a Money Prize would really make the Employee feel Appreciated deeply.

Yes, it is money incentive. What else does one get by bringing in a new candidate who is a potential rival, into the company ? Your referrals often turn out to be our biggest competitors, so beware.

Mr Zuckerberg, a 26-year-old multi-billionaire, took the honour after being judged to have influenced the events of 2010 more than anyone else. He became the youngest winner since Charles Lindbergh, who at 25 was named Time's first person of the year in 1927 after becoming the first pilot to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. He is also a fortnight younger than The Queen was when she was awarded the prize in 1952. Announcing the decision, Richard Stengel, the editor of Time, said Mr Zuckerberg's 500 million-strong social network was 'affecting human nature in a way that we have never even seen before.' 'The scale of Facebook is something that is transforming our lives,' Mr Stengel said. 'I...
