I believe on junior levels people quit organizations because of bad bosses. However, as people get professionally mature, they realize bad bosses happen because of bad organizations. If the people senior to the bad boss do not have the ability to...
Salaried people would normally go in for credit card while SENP would normally go in for cash !!! Don't think need to explain in detail. Those in the banking industry would understand what I mean !!!
Why do we look for subsidy in everything ? If you want higher returns, opt for riskier instruments giving higher returns. Take some exposure to equity.There are certain structured products which offer decent protection against normal downsides.
Bank cannot borrow on high rates and land at lower rates !!!! What ever deposits the banks get in terms of FD's/ deposits, etc is used to lend at slightly higher rates thereby taking care of operational costs, provision for bad debts and make profits...
Who says credit card sales are booming ? A majority of banks have put a hold on new aquisitions, made credit policy more tight and have in fact cut down on earlier given credit limits. SBP is already running a gold card scheme wherein by pleadging...
