	Brief summary : Review the contract specification from client, get offers from vendors, compare techno commercially, compare the offers with client's contract specification and recoment the suitable vendor to the management. Review of Drawings / Technical submittals submitted by vendors, do corrections if necessary and forward to client. Review the extra claim from the vendors, compare it with the sub contract, aprove genune claims. Make sure the design process completes in the stipulated time frame. Get both preliminery and detailed engineering drawings approved by the local authority.
