According to me its the passion that comes first leading on to dedication. In simpler words, you need passion to go after something and then dedication to sustain your pursuit. To understand this further, we can get inspired by the Tom Hanks movie...

Ya definitely one should go for skills. Marks and percentage can only help a little. You might get some preference while getting placed from the campus, but after that only your skills and talent will help you in your achievements ahead.

It is the attraction part of the product which first impresses a customer. If a product is not attractive it is difficult to influence a customer. So the more attractive the product is the more successful it is ........ :)

China Confirms Pak As Terror Hub by Rajeev Sharma (August 22, New Delhi, Sri Lanka Guardian) Two simultaneous terrorist attacks in Kashgar, the volatile city in China’s Uighur Muslim-dominated Xinjiang province, on July 30-31, made the Chinese government pin the blame on terrorist groups operating out of Pakistan’s vast terrorist sanctuaries. So peeved were the Chinese authorities, they summoned ISI chief Shuja Pasha to Beijing for a dressing down. China has for long been accusing East Turkistan Islamic Movement (ETIM), a terrorist group which claims Xinjiang as part o...
