They should be free but only thing they should know the seriousness of the issue and should not try to overdo things to get the TRP, if they know and understand their responsibility then every thing is ok.   |
As Ms. Bhatia said we have to be very careful about the foundation every aspect has to be seen and calculated carefully like soil type, underground water pressure and height of structure, Once this is determined then there should not be any problem.... |
