Coordinate with top management to consolidate the training recommendations for the year. Payroll Administration Processing of monthly payroll including PF, arrears, adjustments and reports. Developing and revising salary metrics, promotions, bonus and incentives periodically. Sounds knowledge of various documentation and MIS with proficiency in MS-Office Good negotiation skills and convincing abilities. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Understanding employee concerns, provide feasible solutions to make them comfortable at work Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys and analysis with implementation of the action items. Ensure that regular communication happens from top management to the employee.
