NEVER forget that what goes up, must come down. This rule, I believe is the cornerstone of a successful and contented life. A sudden rise in the stock indices may have you smiling from ear to ear. It's the slide that tests your real strength. And if the current slide makes you feel timid, wealth gives you these six tips.   1 . Hear no evil Forget about rationalising and explaining (or listening to other people explain) why stocks are falling. It's a pointless exercise. 2 . Remember the bad times File the experience away as a worthwhile reminder of how risky the stocks are. Draw on that memory during the next market boom when optimistic market seers tell you that stocks are not risky. 3 . Do...

Do you hear yourself saying? When I have enough money, I'll... When I go on vacation, I'll... As soon as I find the right partner, I'll... When the house is clean, I'll be able to... When I can afford a better car, I'll... When this project is over, I'll... As soon as I get more clients, I'll... I can't leave work, or I'll... When my kids are grown and moved out,I’ll... How much of your life do you put on hold? During coaching sessions, people share their 'I'll's' with me all the time. The most popular justifications are that they are waiting waiting for the money or the time to magically open up. Tracking the reasons over a ten year period and finding the bottom line truth, people aren't h...

It is better to use "I am" instead of "I'll's". Should be practical and do and live in the present. Boasting for the future action is really a fool's dream.

Changing careers is never easy. Half the world thinks you've lost your mind, headhunters say you'll never work again and your relatives contribute the old 'I told you so' routine. But for many burned-out, bored or multitalented folks who are sitting on skills they're not getting a chance to use, changing fields is the only way to keep from losing their marbles. Regardless of your career-change strategy, never make these 10 mistakes: 1. Don't Look for a Job in Another Field Without Some Intense Introspection Nothing is worse than leaping before you look. Make sure you're not escaping to a field that fits you just as poorly as your last. Be sure you do a thorough self-assessment first. 2. Don...

The goal of public relations is to portray your business in the best possible manner. This can range from establishing yourself in the market to damage control.                         Achieving Success and Living a Meaningful Life Have you gotten news about something that you just can't wait to share and if you did wait, you feel like it would just burst right out of you anyway?   Well, this is definitely one of those times! But first let me give you a personal side to what I'm about to share...   I am extremely leery of any quick fix solution or overnight formula for success. In my opinion, they don't exist. With that said, I wanted to share something that I have recently shared with 2 members of my family to encourage them to break through the rut they are in and experience success. These three things I believe are so key to achieving success an...

I shared my ride with a well known singer, she just returned from a concert tour. We spoke at length about music, her love for music and hours that she spends doing riyaaz (practise). Brooding over love for music , she revelaed music takes her to a another world , a place of tranquil and peace.  In course she stated being upset that her daughter does not share her passion for music. She felt her daughter missed the joy of being in music. After a considerable pause she said my daughter wastes time dancing...i dont like to think of her dancing on a stage...she does not realise ....she does not enjoy.... After i overcame the shock of what i heard...i told her that he daughter exprienced the sa...

The global sourcing market is changing rapidly around us. Just when you've decided the scope of services you want to outsource, and made a decision on which provider(s) will partner you, the market brings up another trend or announcement to throw your plans off balance.
