• Preparation of Proposal, Scope of Work (SOW), Milestones, Gantts Chart documentation for the projects.
• Preparation of Project Costing, Project Cycle, Project Plan.
• Resource Allocation, Time Management, Team Management, Project Deliveries, Client Servicing.
• Working closely with external vendors for production planning and forecasting, while reducing costs of development.
• Working closely with management team for employee benefits and satisfaction.
• Responsible for achieving Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Targets.

Handling Clients such as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ambit Group for various Online media and Digital activities such as Branding strategy, Website development, Website consulting, Website Usability, Online Interactive Campaigns - Banners, E-Mailers, Virals, WAP Mobile campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization.

• Handling Clients such as Education New Zealand, Emirates, CEAT Ltd., Tata Motors, Tata Capital, Taj Group of Hotels, Perfetti Mentos, IDBI Bank, The Economist, and Cadbury’s for various Online media and Digital activities such as Branding strategy, Website development, Online Interactive Campaigns - Banners, E-Mailers, Virals, WAP Mobile campaigns, KIOSK, Interactive Television / Telephone Screens, Social Media Optimization.
• Following the Project Management Principles and Methodologies set by OgilvyOne and ensure that it is followed across all the projects.

• Preparation of Project Costing, Project Cycle, Project Plan.
• Responsible and single point of contact for the Vendor Management, Co-ordination and Billing activities.

• Ensured that appropriate resources are assigned and utilized to the project and that they account for their time on the project and also to provide appropriate direction and feedback as required.
• Responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, to deliver specified requirements and meet client’s satisfaction.
• Preparing project related plans. Managing and monitoring projects as per plans. Reviewing acceptance test plan and results.
