At the moment I feel biggest hurdle in becoming leader in manufacturing is the lack of latest technology. We have to depend on outside world for new innovation and technology. It acts as a speed breaker for our growth as have to follow their direction....

Enterprise Resource Planning system must be in place to monitor all the material movement. This will give an idea about bottleneck in the system. Using robotics and automation we can eliminate bottleneck to optimize assembly.
