Today I was taken by surprise when I read a piece of news. There are 15 posts for peons in Rajasthan university and there are 3000 applications for the same. The thing which is surprising is the people who have aplied for the post! PHd, MBA, MPhil, BE these are the degrees these applicants hold. The reason for applying is that it is a government job and there is total security . The salary is 4700 Rs now but can go upto 7000 Rs. Do you anything to say about this Â

I am sharing a post I read this morning vis mail.. I have heard about many peole who have tried to commit suicide and have known one who did this. People say that life is so beautiful , a gift from god and so we should not do anything stupid as suicide. Even most famous people in the world have tried or have at least thought of doing so. Just now I read an article by Chetan Bhagat which stated that he had attemted a suicide. A couple of weeks back I had read about Kailash Kher, now a famous singer, that he had deicided to end his life if music did not work for him. The list can go on. Why does a person think of taking such extreme step can be understood only if you ever thought of doing som...

This adds to cumbersome procedures, at times, lead to dithering in quality. Though, this helps in tapping the loopholes, performance metrics saps the energies of the actors, most of the time, drives them to complacency!
