This is not feasible for 1: where men work in the particular field women are weak.2: Where never they occupy position dominated by husbands. 3: their astrength in particular field miserably low but exceptions are Mrs gandhi, Uma, Mrs Thatcher, Mrs Golda Mier, Mayavathi, Jaya, Shushama of course Sonia. 4: There is possibility of exploitation. It is better women show their strength in their particular fields wherein they are unparallel.
