If it is the perfect process, then why there are thousands of examples in India where after getting recruited, within a year that perfect employee starts accepting bribe and enter into corruption.

Of course a short interview of 15 minutes is not sufficient,But that is not the general way of recruiting also.Depends really on employer and the agency involved in recruitment process...How much serious they are,What specific strategy they have formed or adopted guide line document ....Written examination,Psychological test,Skill test,Knowledge test.....and creating a database of available knowledge grades and skill grades and suitable attitude/mental state for the Job offered.

To judge a person we do not require long time, even 10 minutes is more than enough. Talent in judging the person in ten minutes. Regards, Anna George. Web Analyst. Nichepro Technologies. Bangalore. http://www.shruthandsmithfoundation.org

People are often raising questions on the system in vogue. Its a welcome process, if they suggest some way other than the present system. If the recruiter has the ability to judge the candidate, he can pick up a best suited candidate for a particular job. Its not the system to be blamed here. An organisation can not work on its own. It is the association of number of people working for the goal of the organisation. Responsibilities to be distributed among the people. People holding such responsibilities are the custodians of that particular job work and he/she enjoys some powers to do the job perfectly. However, if these custodians crossing their lines, who has to be blamed. The individuals have to be blamed. Instead people are very fond of criticizing the system. Ofcourse it is easy to do it.
