A budding Journalist

What I think is, one passed with a degree of Mass Communication (with major - Journalism) should be treated as Journalist. Why I am saying this because it is a very powerful trait and also stands out as the fourth pillar of our democratic system. A person studing communication (with major- Journalism) should be given a press recognition (a press card or else). It might help him to face the consequences with much boldness.

Because before getting job, he keeps himself indulge in making small social, development stories or documentries or write articles for local news papers but if he wants to get some permission to really find out some facts, then comes the "filmy moad" in the road and officials asks for identity or authentification of the work. and here goes everything down.

My point is as a MBBS after his degree is treated like a doctor, a B.Arch is treated as if he can make buildings...why not a budding journalist ....??
