As an MBA fresher myself, i would rather prefer Freshers with right leadership Qualities ,innovative, financially sound background and more importantly openness to ideas to go for Entrepreneurship. In this field of cut throat competition and highly uncertain environment, one is never quite ready to take on bigger things. More over what i feel is "experience can make you better or bitter" and "fortune always favours the brave". One point what i would like to add is that the most important aspect for any novice entrepreneur is to surround himself with a few sensible experienced individuals,so that it will ensure to fill the gap.START YOUNG,FACE DIFFICULTIES,BE TOUGH,BECOME WINNER would be my mantra. So it is not the work experience that should drive entrepreneurship.

If your dream is that strong and you are passionate, get ready to take the tough path. You better start your business in the early age. Don't wait too long for a miracle to happen. You yourself is the miracle, the entrepreneur, who can transform the nation and even the world. As the IIM-A alumni told "STAY HUNGRY STAY FOOLISH".

One of the most discussed topic these days. When asked in class, would you take up a job or will u become an entrepreneur, most of my friends raise their hands that they will start on their own. I really wonder is it that easy to become an entrepreneur. If it so simple every one could have become entrepreneurs. I don’t say it is wrong to have a big picture, but before that u need to evaluate youself. One needs to question himself “ARE YOU READY FOR THE BIG FIGHT”. Most of the successful entrepreneurs are someone with prior work ex in their respective fields. Let us take the example of Infosys, Mr. Murthy and his team used to work for PATNI before they started, many more like Mind Tree, HCL...etc. when u look at the past figures the conversion rates are very high for those, who had work ex. So it’s better to have some experience before u start on your own. Any way “MOTHER INDIA NEEDS ENTREPRENUERS”.

Young entrepreneurs are obviously required for the country but a person with relevant industry experience has better chance of being successful. We all know that there is huge gap between what happens in the industry and what we learn in the educational institutions. Relevant experience will expose one to the ups and downs of the trade and avail him the much needed knowledge and network. Thus rather than being a novice entrant, its good gain experience before any venture and who said all experienced are old. Youth is the state of mind, not of physique.
