Your thought and theory are right. But practically no. There policies differ and there ideas too. Working culture and working style too.

We all know that this cannot happen in the first place but still lets take a hypothetical situation : "Ek mayaan me ek hi talwar reh sakti hai"

Their productivity will in fact reduce due to the clashes of ideas..
