For any field a blend of experience and knowledge is ideal. But for HR, it is the attitude/aptitude of the HR personnel which is most important because in HR we don't deal with machines/operations or processes. We deal with humans..

I think person should work best where he is interested therefore knowledge is the must  to get the job. If u have the knowledge u get the job & to have the experience which automatically improve ur chances for better job i.e. first knowledge & then experience.

yes i support for unemployed person should get his job by knowledge in his field b coz so many frehers are there and they lack experience and every body has to go through this phase of life

First of all if some one gives him a job, then only he can gain experience.Knowledge is very essential in a job.Gaining experience without knowledge is like an emty pot.

It should be on the basis of knowledge, in India many knowledgeable person are unemployed. The criteria for recruiting is going worst day by day. So we should start employing persons based on their knowledge too......

As what I see in companies where I visited for job they filter out the person on the basis of his experience in terms of years, even some places they talk to person and if person having knowledge which is required for that job but still they looking for a experienced person instead of that one. So What I think is that a Person should get job on the basis of his knowledge about the job at that point of time not on the basis of the years s/he given to industry.
