A woman is a victim of the burden of bringing up children and looking after the home and running domestic affairs. While the men go out to be bread-winners and do not look back at the housework or taking care of children. Women are put up to the never-ending struggle against dust, stains, mud and dirt because men do not contribute to housework, even if their partners are in full time work. So mothers who go to work outside know that they have to effectively do two jobs, be exhausted and still have to pay for childcare.

A women must work to get money and to contribute in the family social finance.They have to show that they are independent.Nowadays,many women have the highest degree in result for SC and HSC exams.

A women must get a fair chance to work. A working women can bring up much confident child.So mopping and sweeping is a part of women but for that she should not leave her career

Give a fair chance to the fairer sex...otherwise you may never know her inborn talent which you can exploit by getting her employed and sharing responsibilities with her...believe me, they are more than just mopping and dusting you off when you dont take them out for dinner...

I don't think her place should be 100% at home. They should be given freedom to share their views and ideas. They have the right to choose their profession.

A woman has the same rights as a man has. They should be given a fair chance to choose their career.
