By amending the section 1(5)(c)of the Contract Labour Act(R&A)1970,this act will not be applicable to any work done by the contract worker in the factories or establishments which are declared 100 %,export units by Govt. which shall be deemed to be of temporary and intermittent nature irrespective of the period of performance of the work by the worker in such establishments.
