both have their own significance in good business ,so difficult to choose perticular one.As design dept. brings new models and opportunities in business , the very same with quality as well .as it ensures the customer satisfaction and goodwill of company in industry. From the customer side i would like to back quality since,lots of badly designed models in the market are doing good with excellent quallty and meeting expectations of their cunsumers.

Yes ! I think that Ajay is right if he is thinking of shifting to Design. In my opinion design is the base of anything. If you work in design, your way of thinking changes. You are more logical in thinking and hence a man design can work more efficiently in Quality.

hello sir, i am currently working as quality control engineer in aerospace manufacturing company.i hav 1.6 years exp. in this department and good experinece in handling 3D CNC CMM. i would like to know the career growth and improvement in this quality department. i hope u would suggest me the best. i have plans of shifting to design side. thanks, ajay sandeep.
