Quality is Must, now a days most of the employers are ignoring the quality and asking only the progress. It is not difficult to maintain the quality with progress, just a little concentration and responsibility is required, that responsibility has to be created by the Senior Management of the Organisations.

Well began is half done.Quality is a must. A little time spent on consideration of quality saves a lot of rework....and it is not difficult to progress along with maintaining quality... any perspectives please...?

Any work which does not have quality effects progress because it may turn into rework. And rework always gets much more time than 2 start a new same work...

to be honest it depends on which side of the project you are.... if you are an independent consultant, then the quality is the main motive, if you are either a concessionaire or a contractor.. then progess is the main motive...
