Bruce Lee never earned any belts. Still he is regarded as the greatest martial artist, despite his death by 32. But then there just one Bruce Lee, the rest us simply won't be able to emulate him. The rest of the crowd needs go through the drills, belts, and the years of training to get to be simply just good. Yes, I support "Academic qualification ensures success in life"

Ms. Sheethal While company are recruiting any candidate, what HR person are observing normally (Qualification,Communication, skill, talent, knowledge, time management, attitude, behavior, interest level, willingness, personality, experienced if any, aptitude etc.Now if candidate is less qualified, very talented, able to sell any product, interest level good, personality good, willingness but lack tactics communication , lack of concept knowledge, lack of strategic planning and its know how , what HR person will do? Other e.g. When any company is giving promotion, what they will analyze?, they will not measure only sale but they will measure overall performance. I agree before 10-15 years ago, very less criteria in job , but today's job criteria is different and company will give priority to those person who is qualified first as well as talent. You have seen many advertisement of recruitment that qualification criteria is writing first....

yes Sheethal, i agree that talent is important in organization.Qualification will give you concept and that concept you will have to apply with your talent. For e.g. there are two A.S.M executive, one A.S.M having less qualification (Graduate / undergraduate) and other A.S.M having master degree (post graduate).Who will better?

Academic qualification is definitely part of success. I disagree with Ms.Sheethal, see qualification is our base. No doubt talent is require and became necessary to stay in competition. It is like that for e.g. if a person is talented but less qulification, he will select in company but if a person having good degree from reputed university/institute, it will extra benefit and company will prefer that person who having good degree as well as talent. I have personally observed that very big/giant company, bank etc. are giving first priority to postgraduate/relevant as well as talent while they are recruiting. Why we did study or studying?, why we are admit our children in school? children have good talen rather than us.......if we are qualified, we can make our our career better. So, both are important qualification as well as talent. But without base, difficult to go ahead...

Though a good academic qualification might give the right start straightaway wherein on the other side struggle could be more and prolonged, Success is ensured only by efforts and a bit of luck. Name of the school/colleges matters to give u a platform, but the basic point is what the person has actually learnt and executed, and thats add value required to succeed.

Academic Certificates can help but can never ensure the success in life. I have seen the IIT guys working with small salries. And I also have seen the diploma holder person working as Sr. Manager with "eye opening salary" in my Company,.. The reason is simple, its not education but its talent and capabilities that the person has, which helps him/her to get success.

How can just academic qualification help one to achieve success in life if there is no application or implementation at all from that person, one must have the right attitude to the right thing in the first place...just by having bookish knowledge it doesnt do good, just by having a degree doesnt ensure success also one should have that humble character and discipline to take it that far which ensures success..

@ Virag Education is only a certification and the reconization for the prove that we have been passed from certain university that is it , We wont go to the university back and ask r teachers what as to done in the organisation and how to manage a team that is all r talent u built it ... What i meant is Qualification is important but if u use ur talent and skil use only is required at the org , management wont check ur qualification papers for each and every success u know , I only appreciate the talent and hardwork thatz it ... What say Virag!!!

Academic qualification will not ensure success in life. Academic qualifications doesn't mean that learning in Life. I never believe alone in books can give success in life. Life consists of lot of things used to learn ever. Practicle experience, interest and involvment will always gives success in life.
