Govt agencies are always accountable to public. Govt agencies are set up for the benefit of public. In the Democratic country Govt agencies plays a important role. Why common man always get irritate in Govt offices, the agencies have to think about it? I know there are some problems of Govt agencies that they are not gating funds and necessary things on time from Govt that affects the work. But Govt Servants get salary from 'AAM AADMI" pocket so there are accountable for it. If Govt agencies give proper information to peoples, procedure of work, understand their problems and help, it will keep a good relations between peoples & Govt Agencies.
