QC Engineers are a different creed, trying to know and develop moment by moment in every given situation & without limiting to any specific activity serve from start of project to finish, unlike project enginers who specialize in structural work, shell work or finishing. But, unfortunately QC personnels performance is rated in parellel with the project personnel. This dose not add value to nither the project nor the career of QC personnel This has today led to scarcity of true QC personnel.
