Yes a good move by the management.......

Companies should never encourage strikes, this will teach people a lesson that strike is not the way to get they problems solved.....

Air India has suspended 17 people and penalised lot of people and making a list of people to withdraw performance bonus and variable pay. Strike resulted in 12 crore loss and cancel lot of flights. Its good to set a example as every now and than these unions keep going on strike, thats not the way to get ur demands meet,but there are hundreds of people, who dont want to do a strike but have to go as they are part of unions, what to do say people.
