well Mr George, you see, its not about the Indian Constitution or Judiciary, its about the (dis)respect given to the dead! HE IS CAUGHT ON TAPE firing, everything is right in front. whats the need of a public hearing? you know what he has done, your investigation is done and you have got enough info from the interrogation, now what you need more? you see, there are too many ways a guy can cheat the court and thats what he is doing now! dont you understand, the more chances he gets, the more weaken the case becomes to hang him? read the embedded articles here (i am sure you are following them, but just for people who missed out on those) he is just denying everything. tomorrow he will act as if he has gone crazy, and he will be transferred to a mental institute than to be hanged till death (i would still love the electric chair for this guys to be honest). i completely agree about the humanity thing but listen man, humanity is with humans not mindless animals who dont think before they do. if a dog goes mad, you kill him not try and make him better for a simple reason that he will otherwise harm more than him being dead. and here we are not even talking about a bloody dog, this is worst than a most disgusting RAT with a Plague and a snake willing to eat its own children. you see, iin ko kehte hai "aastin ke saap" i am sorry to be harsh in my comments (nothing towards you though :) ) but i am just getting more and more angry while this fellow is playing games and we are just WATCHING.

i too agree with you Mr. Nagpal, when there is clear case like his where there is enough evidence against him, i don't know why they are taking so much time to act against him, why are they wasting time by appointing the lawyer and then doing the trials, when it is sure that he was one among the one who is involved in the terrrorist attacks in mumbai...so he should not be given any legal help and should be put behind the bars...And Indian government should be more proactive in these sort of cases, there is no need of leagal assistance in clear cases like these..
