Yes it is recession free there has been a 50% growth in the business and this sector is mostly affected because of rumors not because of any pitfalls. If anyone who knows hw to deal with them can sail in this ship.

no one is recession free in current golbal environment when global economy is integrating. Interest rates are going upward due to both demand pull and cost push inflation and rising interest rates will hurt the real state market very badly.

The growth is definitely 50% but this confined only to a particular region. The region is NCR. Let me bring to your mind that this region is not crowded with software industries.
