Selling of good or product is the first concern with marketing and promotion as we know that these two ways are expanding the information about your product in the market. What is the position of the company is paying accordingly and question is this the amount is essential ?? Their is proverb how much you drop the sugar the dish will change into the sweets accordingly.

The changing and demanding scenario of the market is deal with expensive and hike cost advertisement. Like for a local or ordinary add Shahruk Khan take almost more than hundred lakhs and the company will pay. On the other hand like VODAFONE using animations to reduce cost the cost how much thay pay to the particular actor.

Every businessmen knows very well that where he going, where he have to go, when have to go and how to go? !!! There are lots of companies regards to tom dick and herry giving advertisement in radio, TV, newspaper, pamphelets etc. wans to only promote and sell the product.

It's very important to showcase the product one is selling, to highlight the salient features and why this one is better than the rest.This is done through advertising.

However, companies nowadays have somehow got this notion  in their head that advertising can sell anything. If grotesque amounts are spent, adverting is done in an aggressive manner, the feeling is that the product can create a niche for itself even though it might not be what it's said to be.

The companies would be better off spending lesser amounts for advertising and using more of it to further enhance the value of their products.

Lets always keep in mind that the brand value is built around the quality of goods not the quality of advertisement done for it.

These days the companies are spending huge amount on advertising. For a new product, the companies can spent on advertising. There must always be a proper allocation for ads. Creating an advertising budget can be one of the most challenging financial tasks a business owner faces. Budgeting too little for advertising means your message will miss its target audience; budgeting more than you can afford drains money from other important business expenses. Before deciding how much to budget for advertising, the business owner should decide what will be the intended target audience.

In today's market that is full of competition. You can not take a chance and you have to promote yourself to survive in the market, hence, you require money for the advertising. But this step comes after your product has been made and an intelligent company won't release its product if it is not best so they invest in the product first and then they spend of its promotion.
