Hello All

 

- What should be strategies for a new garment company to enter in 2nd tire city.

First of all, before entering any city market, it should be ascertained whether that city is fashion-oriented or not. If not, it is advisable not to invest in that city for a short term projects.

Further, for the new garment brand, it may be suitable to create the Designs matching the psyche of the average fashion oriented middle, and upper middle class, or as per the Class to be targetted for the purpose.

More , the Pricing should be made keeping in mind the average  financial potential and capacity of the particular class to be targetted.

And of course, publicity & advertising of the brand & company of the products among the targetted people and areas might not be neglected too !

Mr Roop and Mr. Charles are right. entry into right market at right time should be a factor to be considered first followed by garment brand with good quality and proper design and affordable price for common men. Promoting these things one can become a success in textile industry...
