Not possible tambe, interview is must for everyone and all people who graduate in BE are not good enough to be give direct job.....

So start preparing for interviews !!!

everyone should have job after comleting that 4 yrs of Engg education . . .because already these guise are overcome all the problems during 4 yrs and interview creates new problems for them
