Corruption is from " TOP TO BOTTOM LEVEL". It is sponsored by the person sitting on "Top level/ Highest post". As a result of this People are bound to offer illegal monetary aid for their works.How one can held responsible "a common man" for this.

Now-a-days corruption is everywhere.it is like epidemic disease. It has no limit/ boundary, whether it is a big organization/ corporation or small institution or other government departments.It is mainly sponsored by our politicians for their own vested interests.

only the big corporations are not the reason for corruption.today corruption is in every sector either its big or small one.main reason for this corruption is that today people in organization has fogot their values & ethics & everybody is chasing one another to come before the other.

because the 2nd idea according to me is a subset of idea 1 . changes will be less with idea 1 as errors are mostly minimized as people know what they are doing and thereby removing chaotic situations..
