In my opinion, To grow in business of any kind first prerequisite is the required amount of finance accompanied by the necessary skills & talent and this for the promoters/owners of business.

But to run the business show effectively and for administrative purposes educated people are required.

For example if we take a big reputed business houses in India the promoters are not educated but talented, skilled, and risk bearing and they have hired candidates/employees of B.A., B.Com.,M.A.,M.Com.,M.B.A., BE., B.Tech., Lawyers, and Charted Accountants etc., to administrate the business emphire in a successful way.

Any business needs both educated and not educated employees to perform the different type of assignments. Everybody is contributing their share for the organization for the common cause. [ example: workers, staff, officers, managers, and senior level executives/mangers like AGM.DGM,GM, VP etc] Of course this level of hierchy differs from business to business depending upon the size/nature of business in accordance with capital investments.

Thanks for the referral Ms.Namita Mishra.

Perfect, i don`t know why we people gives important to books, why we all are dependent on degrees.. The books we read in schools or in colleges are written by the people like us.They write their experience(PRACTICALLY,what they have experienced in their lifetime) in books... Then what we people are doing just copying their work..Then what we are gaining A DEGREE or OUR PERSONAL PRACTICAL EXPERIENCES.... We people are just confining our thinking power just to gain a degree...SO,please grow yourself not degrees............

Thanks for invite, Namita.

Degree whence convertible as usable knowledge, is surely an asset. Yet it can as well be highly misleading, if and whenever degree is present sans knowledge or will to apply. As this is misleading to begin with.

However a person who is keen to learn and acquires talent and knowledge is better placed to deliver as there is "WILL".

Will forever assists acquire, ability.

The single most important factor of failures in India scene especially in government and public domains is overemphasis on selection barely on degrees.

WHAT WILL YOU CHOOSE.... AN EMPLOYEE HAVING A MBA DEGREE AND NOT GIVING YOU BUSINESS OR AN EMPLOYEE NOT HAVING ANY DEGREE AND GIVING YOU A VERY GOOD BUSINESS

As far as just business is concerned talent comes first. And last but not the least, there is no money (less money) without any degree. Is there anyone who will give promotions and lots of salary without any degree?

Degree is important in order to get the basic educational foundation. A degree will teach you a systematic way to approach things, problems. This is true for any degree whether it is Science, Engineering, Medcine etc. After this it is the talent that takes over on how you exploit whatever (little) that you have learnt. True learning comes from the exploitation of our basic degree. That requires talent.

Degree with talent is important to make an all round difference in business. However, only talent can also succeed in business but only having degree may not guarantee success in business.

Thanks for the referral, Natteraja.....
