Perfect, i don`t know why we people gives important to books, why we all are dependent on degrees.. The books we read in schools or in colleges are written by the people like us.They write their experience(PRACTICALLY,what they have experienced in their lifetime) in books... Then what we people are doing just copying their work..Then what we are gaining A DEGREE or OUR PERSONAL PRACTICAL EXPERIENCES.... We people are just confining our thinking power just to gain a degree...SO,please grow yourself not degrees............

Thanks for invite, Namita. Degree whence convertible as usable knowledge, is surely an asset. Yet it can as well be highly misleading, if and whenever degree is present sans knowledge or will to apply. As this is misleading to begin with. However a person who is keen to learn and acquires talent and knowledge is better placed to deliver as there is "WILL". Will forever assists acquire, ability. The single most important factor of failures in India scene especially in government and public domains is overemphasis on selection barely on degrees.

Basic Knowledge is more than enough.... If practically you can learn everything then why v need of bookish knowledge....... Its important only to get a DEGREE but not to run a business of any type..... its all about your practical thinking.....

THIS IS SOMETHING BULLSHIT WHEN IN AN INTERVIEW SOMEONE TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT A GRADUATE AND GRADUATION IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR OUR COMPANY.... THEN WHAT YOU WILL SAY ABOUT TALENT.....TALENT MATTERS OR NOT....
WHAT WILL YOU CHOOSE.... AN EMPLOYEE HAVING A MBA DEGREE AND NOT GIVING YOU BUSINESS OR AN EMPLOYEE NOT HAVING ANY DEGREE AND GIVING YOU A VERY GOOD BUSINESS

As far as just business is concerned talent comes first. And last but not the least, there is no money (less money) without any degree. Is there anyone who will give promotions and lots of salary without any degree?

Degree is important in order to get the basic educational foundation. A degree will teach you a systematic way to approach things, problems. This is true for any degree whether it is Science, Engineering, Medcine etc. After this it is the talent that takes over on how you exploit whatever (little) that you have learnt. True learning comes from the exploitation of our basic degree. That requires talent.
