If an entrepreneur is a person  who starts enterprises, well then he or she is surely made. One starts an enterprise due to circumstance - either duress, self-actualization, force of circumstance or availability of capital - these drive a person to become an entrepreneur (small or big).

Having said this, let us observe that each person is basically enterprising or he simply cannot survive! So each living person is entrepreneurial by nature. Destiny or circumstance decides whether he becomes an 'entrepreneur' or 'intrapreneur' (who works with an enterprise as an 'employee'). www.pharmaceuticalshealthcare.blogspot.com

The debate is like the one, " Are leaders born or made"..

We have good examples which prove that they are born and not made like Dhirubhai Ambani, Karsanbhai Patel, Sir Richard Branson, many more........

When they are born they had one thing in mind to make relation so thaswhy they laugh when someone take them in hand when born ie conclusion is to make a customer more attarctive towords them .They had all the things with them onl their attitude towords life ,thier perception all things are matter and where they go thats all depend on thier focus.They are born entrepruener and lastly evereone has  a creaive idea and innovative brain so everyone has chance to make self once a succeful entrepruener.

According to me, Attitude is the most important personal characteristic, and one that cannot be trained. The attitude of the entrepreneur effects the early success of the venture, the same attitude needs to be present in the firms employees to continue the entrepreneurial energy that creates competitive advantage in the operation of the business even after it has become a large successful company.

Actually both. This is the classic nature-nurture phenomenon. They are born that way and then find the right environment to be made better. Or they are not born that way but somehow find the environment to be made that way.

Enterpenuers  r made. They are made with the environment,attitudesaround him,the encouraging factors around him really contribute.

We can see that people some institutions are more enterprising.It is the effect of training. Enterprenuers are made.

Entrepreneur are not born they are made due to their attitude, self esteem, interpersonal skills, values & vision. These qualities are not the gifts coming from the heaven.

The debate is also on the lines of whether a leader is born or made, but here it is for sure Entrepreneurs are made and not born, nobody is a born entrepreneur, he himself moulds into that person, so entrepreneur is made and not born.
