We always know only to  blame others and don't accept the fault. When there is a rule you should follow it. You should never depend on others. Of course I agree its his duty but its we who has made this situation. We want to save money so we bribe them. So only when you be loyal they can do inception loyally.....

No most of the government officials don't even visit the site and give the report, that it is built under all standards. But only when some incident happens they are concerned about it. For example one of my friend had a workshop and he got it legally approved but once when there was a fire accident he didn't have the fire extinguisher to control it. And he was fined for that but was that his fault or the person who has inspected.

Yes, in private construction, the final inspection has done loyally, but in government works it is difficult. in overall view, now we are in high competitive world, here quality is more important. now all are aware about this. i think, the final inspections done loyally, because now also honoust peoples are living

The final inspection is whether the construction done is as per the approved plants  and as per the approvals and  permissions already given.   If it does not comply with the necessary consequences follow, the completion certificate is not given and the building cannot be occupied.   The Builder undergoes a much greater risk.   He cannot afford to take it under any circumstances.   His money get blocked.   What in fact happens is that in the process of construction some minor variations happen, which is inconsequential and normal in all cases.   But any unscrupulous Officer inspecting, makes it a point to bargain for his own undue advantage and every builder has to bear this extra cost.  Only in very rare cases can you see that some small time builder take the risk of building it in variation from the approvals and the applicable regulatios.     Therefore, in all these aspects, the reputation and the standing of the builder counts and the buyers should more rely on that.

"The inspection should come from his passion " unless the above criteria is satisfied this will not be loyal...for the sake of completing the reports or satisfying the management the system will not work out...the person who is responsible should have interest in his field. Compared to other industries civil sector is different...working in it should have some minimum aptitude and interest...more over the knowledge about the material, quality and workmanship’s don’t think these are satisfied in most cases….

Inspections are done loyally only if the inspecting authorities are not paid. but this is never done by any company/builder/contractor. So it is truly said by u that inspecting authorities not even visit the sites

even agencies of the level of CVC are non cohesive and biased.hey don't have any nanational pride or resposibility at hand.i am sorry to point out that when such people of the level TECHNICAL EXAMINERS COME and manipulate circumstances in order to prove the right thing as wrong for the sake of monetary benefits.THen where does the govt. official whose work is being inspected and the concerned contractor go.I have hands of experience of such a situation.A sample was forwarded to NTH for testing of cement content in hardened concrete. It was tested as per ASTM C-85 which is long withdrawn (since 1988).the report states ratios as x:y:z instead it should be only in the format x:y.Isn't it shocking.

All are liars for profit and money making in this category. The builders, the related government officials, the customers, everybody is interested to save money for themselves by illegal or misuse of power. Some times amnesty schemes are coming for rescue of all. We love to violet the law and interestingly we feel credit in doing this. The attitude needs change to save the democracy and up hold law of the land.

Yes i agree with your discussion no government employees do inception once the buliding is completed but before the buliding is completed they get bribes paided so this happens always and in  a building there should be two exit but only one exit way is given even if the person has taken the permission in the plan for two exit but only one is kept because no proper inception done and how many people know that the mud is not so strang for a 4 storied buliding or 3 stroied builiding but they take permission for only 2 storied and construct 4 storied as well because most of the constriction people know any how this person is not going to come for the inception for minimum 8 years near my home a person has constrcuted a 3storied house on the passage but in the BBMP plan its the passage which joins to the main road but BBMP did not even bother to ask him or demolish that place still and there is totally three familys who is in rent and lease in this place . The BBMP officers r not awake or there is no proper man power for the same think or they are aware of it but getting good amount of bribes
