Cant say but no hotel want to spoil there reputation for few moneys, Mgmt mostly tries to avoid this type of activities. When a couple aproaches for rooms and says that they are married there is no such legal system to check the authenticity.

well I think that it is not the hotel management but a few people there who are responsible for this. So you can't blame the whole management for the same.
