Empowerment ! Utilizing Infrastructure fully Capital, Land, Labor and Resources.... The only things which are hindrance the global practices is the Government Systems are not upto the mark and the unworthiness of Professionalism is still lacking, fill up the gaps have to be done on micro level....

It is but inevitable for Indian companies to commit itself to best practices if it needs to survive in the market..But scams like these leave a huge question mark sometimes on what sort of best practices we are committed to..is it best practices in money laundering or govt. lobbying...yeh G woh G lo G 2G 3G, main hu rajaji karta hu main jo woh tum bhi karo ji..1 2 ka 4 4 2 ka 1..mera naam hain RajaN...Radiyon ki sajan...mera naam hain RAJAn...what else can you expect from such shameless people who convert our worst practices into their best practices...As long as these weeds are not rooted out of our garden, how much ever best practices we implement will be nullified by these 'best practitioners'...

no,indian firms are not doing/practising there best as all major firms are just trying/using/implementing all the obsolete models/process.for example i would like to stste the power sector farms which stil now uses the subcritical technology where in world ultra critical tech is being used.so, we are the frog who thinks that the wale is the entire eworld but when it comes out there's nothing left to get back.

Yes Puja corporate governance is being done and was always there in all mnc's right from the day one including serious insider's and external audit and both should match. The Indian companies, after the satyam case has come out of sleep and trying to tie all the loose ends for good corporate governance.

Yes the MNC companies in our country are ameliorating the quality as well as the working standards of our country. We can see a drastic change in working styles and in project handlings of the Indians before 2000 and right now. So is for sure that our standards are getting improved and a time will come they will be equivalent to the EU and American standards
