This is a survey that we at AACE I South India Section want to conduct as we are now in the process of conducting certifications from AACE I and we have so far many who are interested in Cost Engineering certifications only.

re Indian Planning Engineers practising Planning or Scheduling?

I will request all who are in construction related fields to take part in this debate.

Many of the Planning engineers I have met are not  following recommended practises like 14R-90 that is both for Planning and scheduling and outlines what is required from a planning engineer.

This community is for Planning and I will like to ask all those in construction industry if we have to follow the PMI standards or use AACE rcommended practices for planning in infrastructure and construction projects.
