Surely the IPL 4 auctions was the center of attraction where players bagged some staggering money, especially Indian players, and the teams making that all important decision like who will come in and whome they will let go during the auctions, some of the players got the double the amount and are enjoying the new cash stash in their accounts.

Yes, it is true reflection ability. Ability in terms how much money they can make for the franchisee, either through playing and winning, or in terms of pulling crowd, building a fanfare, or in terms, of getting the marketing ad contract, since, IPL simply all about business.

It is just commercialisation and a business opportunity otherwise how could you explain players like Praveen Kumar, Joginder singh etc. going for such high amounts. There would also be a scam in the making.
