The question has got too complicated here because you have mentioned too many things at a go.. Agressive. it depends on person to person.. Agressive about her work.. few are and few are not.. Emphatic..It comes from within and women believe that working with empathy improves her productivity.. People oriented.. That too comes naturally to her.. and the quality improves with time..but again here too there are exceptions.. Less analytical.. I don't think so.. except a few may be..

I am little oppose to this because it can't be compared the responsibilities of Homemaker with Professional. yes they may be less aggressive but take an example of a professional in Sales, she needs to be more aggressive & as people oriented is concern, I think Homemaker will be on top due to her different responsibilities. And one thing more, you can avoid your behavior or mistake in your profession or can switch over other profession but what about home-maker, can she do that ??

Hi Shalini I would like to share with you result of a survey which I undertook last year. This was conducted over 87 professional women including every level of management. It proved that they are more adaptable more goal oriented and hence more successful. However more then half of them who were directly interviewed reported some kind of harassment by their male counterpart.

I agree with the view expressed. Because i have interacted with lot of women who hold very high positions both in Government and in private and I have found they are professional, understanding and matured.

A woman is emphatic. When you add "professional", one need not be. Analytical ability is not found amongst majority of woman. even 49% is minority! Women are definitely people oriented. A small minority may not be! A mid sized minority may be better listeners. Aggression is a negative trait...Assertion is positive. A small minority are assertive.

To an extent I do agree to this but not fully .... Women are different from men at work place in the above mentioned aspects ..... But exceptions are there I can find many womens who are have good analytical skills so i am a bit hesitant to completely agree to this debate.....

Absolutely not. Individual charachteristics do not change whether be it a professional or otherwise. It actually depends on situations and parenting at home. The atmosphere you are bought up in would matter !

A big 'No' who told they are, they are as aggressive as the boys and they compete well with and against them.May be they are better listeners but they don't hesitate to put their point.
