I totally disagree because even after recession people are switching their jobs from 1 company to another. Most have them are unstatisfied with managements lack of focus on their talent and achievements. The organizations in india dont have the right system or software to track talent.

Yes company always try to manage good talent within an organization. I agree with that job turnover ratio is high but it depend on company that how company can able to retain their talent. How company can analyze, evaluation etc. It depend on company or organization.

Yes though it also depends on the company and the industry you are working. IT, Insurance, BPO etc. majorly, some companies also organise sales training for the new and existing employees at regular intervals. Again it takes sometime to find out the right talent, i have seen instances where a person has been selected for Sales but after sometime working in IT department but good companies always focus on training.
