some of the news channels is making every news like entertainment way but they also focusing on main issues which is related for people and awarness creation on some scams , supporting for victims in some cases, protecting the human rights, fighting for social causes but these portions are happening in few channels but if every channel try to stick there journalism rules then we can see a great justice and awarness on so many issues which is really required for common man than the details of heroine dress or bigboss show details

Most of the news channels broadcast made news. That is a small issue is made big by adding irrelevant facts and items. With little news available how can they run news 24x7.

The visual media in India has a major share in controlling the government activities as well as reveling blunt politics. They give us true news, But we should not forget that they are commercial. They will entertain you for more benefits.

They make business out of current situation i.e, trying to increase viewers rating .. if you notice after sometime they don't even bother what happens after that ex. Arushi's case. No one is talkins about it now a days.

Most of the channels are making news out of nonsense for their survival, the exception are a few. News channels are becoming localised for getting the news content. National and international news are not finding place in these local news channels.  Most important is that news in true sense is not being provided, they are being manipulated according to their priorities and trying to influence the audience with their view point.

It is really some times entertaining, but not always.What I have obseved, the Indian english news channels are better news broadcaster than others.

It's a mingling of both the NEWS & ENTERTAINMENT.Sometime, we find news as entertainment . And many a time entertainment as NEWS. Hope you guys understand it better.

There is no harm if the strategy of entertainment is adopted by news channels.For private channels,viability not news is their priority.

yes now in these days all the channels s are involve to improve the TRP level by using the special packages programs on the festivals  & highlighted current news on the basis of story packages

they are just working on the research & historical or scientific khoj  type operation & serials update to cover all the thing but not taking seriously news

not just like entertainment channels but totally became an entartainment channel. this is because of increasing compititors in market and more news channels are being commercialised so focusing more to earn profit. a small news becomes sometimes too much sensational making people provocative if news concerns with emotional attachments to people.

they are news channel so of course they have to give news but their style of working is like entertainment channels. news channels also showing contents of others channel's entertainment programs. so its mix of news and entertainment.
