1. They are young, dynamic and a go getter..

2. They have a microwave mentality..

3. They want it all.. name ,fame and money..

But don't want to listen to anything, anyone.. Any critisismn is not welcome and any mistake pointed is an offense.. They want to do things the way they like.. No advice welcome, from anyone it may come..

All these things exist mostly at work more than at any other place.
It is not the case with evryone though there are few who have such attitude but it is not about generation, it was always there.

Yes sometimes we do find the present generation more impulsive. It is the fast changing social and economic order that is giving way for such happenings.

youth these days are not as impulsivre as they were some years back. they want to achieve early in life wich can lead them to be impulsive sometimes. but generally the youth these days are focussed and mature enough to think of wat they want in life

yes , they have become impulsive but more decisive . They have generally more clarity on subjects which they want to do . But they must listen to their elders and should not resort to reinventing of wheel .

I agree with you Alex on the subject. Yes it was all along there but on a submissive way. Since there was not much scope for communication and the society was also more senile and peaceful.

If you remove the cream the rest of them are daydreamers they probably get their ideas from Movies and think they can become experts overnight and are capable of acheiving any thing in this world, and think they dont need any training or gain experience under sone others supervision and are mostly headstrong. they think what they know is the real tuth and is adequate to do a job or face real life situation. Result they fail miserably. Most of them dont beleive in learning from others mistakes, but commit the same mistake and then learn. When they learn it will be too late and they will start blaming their parents and teachers for not warning them in time forgetting the fact that they were not willing hear to any one when they committed the mistake.

Most of the times. It is mainly due to the short attention span. They are more of fast food bread generation. For them every thing is available at the click of a button.More information at less effort.May also be due to BPO culture. Life cycle is undergoing change.

Today's youth want to achieve all target in which they are found their own satisfaction without having any fortune of same and because of that most of the times they are getting only frustration because without having knowledge and patient it is not possible to avoid impulsion.
