When Mrs. Indira Gandhi declared the first emergency in India, she was faced with opposition from many corners. This made her suspend our constitution. Now the UPA government is seen to be in such a situation. Every day new charges of corruption are coming up. Three op members of congress, two ministers had to resign. Now fingers are being pointed at the Prime Minister. The Supreme Court is questioning the intentions of the government. The media is vociferous in its accusations. All of these may make the Congress adopt a measure similar to the one adopted by Mrs. Indira Gandhi
