are we truely 21st century people,or people who lived till 21st century?

i am very much immatured technicaly and litrarily to debate on this topic which came to my mind, many time when i see this world the daily affairs a thought runs in my mind what is this 21st century? and how do we suppppose to live like 21 st century people? with nothing been changed in our physical or emotional structures, we still react to emotions by laughing ,crying,sobbing hitting like our anscestors.countries do still fight for dominense like ancient kingsmen.people die .people are born as same as BC still we quarell for minute reasons ,even kill others but some fellows reminds us that we are 21 st century people so who are we? i am confused
