I highly recommend Virtualizing, it is easier to manage, administer and control. Not to mention, the cost was 1/3 what it would have been traditionally. The challenges are around the software licensing agreements. Vendors are not happy with the idea that we are virtualizing environments. I believe that IT Managers are amazed by what is being offered but still a little skeptical about the ROI as money is the bottom line.
