Thanks for your referral CHANDRA SEKHAR!As a job seeker we have to understand that THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH !WE ARE ONLY GETTING PAID BASED ON THE WORK WE DO!For the same reason concept of ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP IS GETTING IMPORTANCE IN TOP MANAGEMENT LEVELS!if a company can unwind over a few months,but how can an employee expect to get paid on PERMANENT MODEL?HOW WOULD YOU THINK AND BEHAVE IF YOU THE CEO OF YOUR OWN COMPANY?

Because it gives you a permanent and fixed income. One can think of contract job only when most his/her basic needs are fulfilled.

I believe contract model will be better because there is a contract which ensures your securtiy. Though in todays world job security in on the verge of getting exict.. but still a contract gives you a clear idea of how long you would be associated with the firm and you know when to start searching for a better opportunity.
