Yoga guru Baba Ramdev is set to enter the political battlefield. Last Thursday, he declared launching a political party and fielding candidates for the next Lok Sabha elections. He has already launched Bharat Swabhiman campaign all over India and now are going to launch their political party to contest the general elections. However, he has clarified he would not hold any office.
He said the Bharat Swabhiman is based on three aims to end corrupt practices, bring back the Indian black money and use it for the development of the nation; changing the system that has been continuing since the British period and to punish rapists, dowry accused, terrorists and corrupt people. According to him, the corrupt men should be hanged to death and the President of India should not give them any relaxation.
Baba Ramdev is very well known for his extreme patriotism. He has played a huge role in uniting the complete north India and arising the feeling of "Indianism" among them. No matter he is not taking any position, but he will run the party with his moral values and Indian culture which is declining in our society today. Iam sure, if he comes into power, he will definitely bring the Indian culture back. Everybody knows this and thus will support it
So long as he uses his popularity for betterment of our political system. I would say it is worth supporting even when not being able to believe he can change.
Simple reason when we could use our vote for people who have proven their incompetencies there is absolutely no harm in trying this even if as a change. The bottom-line of ethics in society is already been achieved so hardly any scope for further decline exists.
Baba has declared policies and wishes to apply constitution strictly against corruption, where as present politicians are neck deep in corruption and nothing better can be expected from them, they are all hand in glove. This makes Baba a hope of India and India seems to be standing with him. By

Samajik parivartan ka rasta satta parivartan se ho kar jata hai. Agar samaj sidharna hai to satta ko pehele sudharna hoga. Jaisa raja waisi praja. I appreciate Baba Rambev, atleast somebody is trying to take India to Indian Roots, which is madly following west.

I knew for years that corrupt Congress politicians have hidden indian money in Swiss Bank. Then i watched Rajiv Dixit and his videos.In him i saw the best man to lead the country and bring back the glory it had. 250lakhcrore in Swiss bank can be brought back if we get a honest govt which i don't see in UPA and Congress. Now with no Rajiv Dixit.Bharat Swabhiman movement looks weaker.People you see in right side with no support are supporting Congress and UPA corruption and probably themselves are corrupt too. We all need to watch Rajiv Dixit's video in youtube and spread his message at least within our family. I trust Baba Ramdev and would vote for Bharat Swabhiman in 2013 Lok Sabha election :) By

In present scenario of time , every where we see corruption , people's money is being accumulated by wrong persons, poor people are becoming more poor because they are being kept apart from indispensable thing which are necessary to carry life.People work half heartily only for the want of more and more money.There are corruption, characterless, partiality , every where in India.In such a situation Baba Ramdev's appearance is just like a "AVATAR" to remove all these evils.He is the person restoring our Indian culture again and want to make India a prosperous country, a happy country, a highly educated country, a country full of character, a scientific country, a transparent country, a country rich in agricultural product. If we want to save our country from bad western culture which is being imposed we must support Baba Ramdev (BHARAT SWABHIMAN).

ramdev baba has responded to needs of the nation earlier by his yoga mission and has succeeded in his attempt. now if he wishes to bring good leaders in politics, i am sure that nation will welcome
yes I do agree with you. Swamiji is the man of principle and has capacity to take India community to the succes of human life what every human on earth wants.I think swamiji is the ray of hope in todays currpated world.
What Swami Ramdev says is right. And, somebody has to come out to initiate a socio-political movement to free India from the brown British and establish democracy in real terms. Ramdev, not as a Swami but as a true Indian, must be supprted if he steps forward for the said cause.
There are many babas and we should not follow blindly to any one of them. As far as Ramdev baba is concerned, he is trying to make people healthy through Yoga and other healthy practices. He wishes to build a healthy India in all walks of life. Ramdev baba should not be considered as a normal religious guru.
In my view Politics is a very effective way to serve the people and good people should come out to join this. This is essential for the development of our democracy.
We are seeing the start of biggest revolution in history of Independent India. Looks like Mahatma Gandhi has taken avatar to finish his dream of what India should be. Majority ofpeople are tired of the corrupt politicians and there will be flood of people following him once they realize that only he can bring Ram Rajya
yes..I believe Ramdev will get a very good support because he has taken a step to cleanse the indian politics.He has cured many people of disease thru yoga. I believe he has something in his mind so that the corruption in India can go down.
There is no gainsaying the fact that deeds of Swami Ramdev speak volumes about the work he did for our country.He is the one who is really doing something for the betterment of our society.Everyday coming day corrupt or criminal persons join a party or open the same and they do everything apart from serving society.I think that it is good to see a political party which wont be ruled by rabble rousing castism or regionalism promoting politicians like Mayawati,Lalu,Raj Thakrey etc.Also,we have seen the work of congress since past 60 yrs-reservations,inflation &no justification for the electorate.I firmly welcome Bharat Swabhiman

After all, politics is for the people who live in the country and in democracy, each and every individual has the right to choose his own actions! If the Baba want to enter into politics...I don't think there is anything wrong in it!
How many people think like him? You know all these words....Health , Yoga, Patriotism, etc. in a true sense? Or you just debate it?
Anyways the current bunch of politicians are not working out for our country so whats the harm if Baba Ramdev wants to try. Even if he fails he will not be able to make things much worse than they already are. If his intentions and ideas are good then imagine the positive effect it will have on our country and us. Its time Baba Ramdev realised the importance of parliament and assemblies. He had tried shouting some time back with no real political following. When it comes to Yoga, alternate medicines and therapies, he's already been there done that and has a great following to his advantage.
But politics is surely a diffeent game altogether and when one speaks of support, yes, his followers shall ensure his victory but nothing more. Support to him, yes surely with his following but to not to his party and ideology.
As it is said by Mahatma Gandhi, "Be the change you want to see in the world..", one of us have to try and be the change we want to see(take an initiative towards the betterment of our system). And Baba Ramdev has started it. I do think people will support this party. Corruption is one of the major reasons that is hindering the development of our nation. With corruption, a whole lot of all other related problems creep in. This party has its clear vision for India...
I respect Baba and his vision and I am in no way eligible to comment on a person who has millions of followers and the path he has chosen is that of Yoga and sainthood. That's admirable to the core. But, politics is not a part time job. Its about leading a nation... not by Kapalbhati or anulom vilom, but by the brains and brawn of an intelligent being who can see the practical, social, economical and religious issues of a billion people in the wink of an eye and yet come out with publicly acceptable and achievable goals for the nation. Godly people, in my opinion should remain the same till the end! Otherwise, who will lead the nation in that aspect? If every DharmaGuru would turn into a politician to "save the nation", then all the politicians will opt for becoming DharmaGurus! Jokes apart, the post of "Yogi" Baba Ramdev is very much required for India and not MP Ramdev. Patriotic means ... only to talk about the country ... It was predicted a year back that this monster will become a politician ....
He is the only man who has commercialized the Ayurvedic medicines and vegetable pulps .. Visited his factory ... saw all indian food safety standards and practices heppening there ... no quality .. no hygine .... no product ... but believers believe in personality once he famous ...

May think a shade differently on this issue dear. Spriitualism, yogaism & politics woudn't probably go hand in hand. Besides all self styled hot shot & genuine "Gurus" to date have always carried a bit of history behind them for all the right reasons and vice versa. I probably feel Mr.Baba Ramdev should stick to what he knows and does best...Patriotism, love and gratitude towards the country should come from ones heart nonetheless...
What I dont really understand is that on 1 side he portrays to be a Guru of Yoga n stuff n doesnt need any fame or money...n on the other hand now he wants to get into politics, thts pretty strange!!!!
