Bad debt generated by sales executive in the market should be collected back by cutting his salary by employer every month?

The company is doing business, and not the sales executive, sales people put all their efforts to maximize the sales and if they dont perform they loose thier jobs that itself is maximum punishment when they dont perform. Financial issues like bad debts is not sales person responsibility as company is doing the business it is company responsibility.

even becos of sales person's decission it happens then also the responsible is company only for selecting such candidate.

when sales can be measured with performance, management performance also should be measured in same way.

it does not make any sense . The Sales Executive Takes the risk on behalf of the co and not in his personnel capacity

B'cos bad debts are mostly created on account of the wrong policy of the management or certain change in the policy. Therefore the sales guys are in no position to recover those bad debts. They are being forced by the Management policies to create such bad debts.
