It is because of the family businesses but in large cap companies this is a hindrance. To say this is corporate world and such things happen is not right.

Let me give you real life example. The CMD wanted his US returned son to take over. He said all important papers must go to his son, from there to me and then to CMD. His son didn't like it. CMD explained that I am experienced man loyal to the company and his decision is final. It continued for a while. Soon after the CMD's retirement after two years, I was given marching orders.

Big business owners still need to learn that sharing their wealth will only bring them more and they will grow bigger and bigger. Some revenue must also be allocated for donation to uplift the weaker section of society.

promoters with money are meant to reap rich dividends at the cost of professional or non professional company runners. For them from CEO down the level they are all just pawns to work for profit and not work for you the employees. Hence expecting them to be not selfish is out of question. Corporates are formed for their survival at the cost of giving few hundred jobs for te others also at a cost. Hence corporate run by entrepreneurs who support others would remain as effective corporates over the years. as right said all businesses should have social sanction for its survival.however the social sanction is out of question when one get powerful where social sanction has no role to play. the politico and the industrial nexus makes things more worse. youth have to change or the company laws should change so that the corporates are accountable up to certain extent.

Family-guarded and run businesses have this syndrome! For them human development is next to impossible, but they are sharks who understand everything in "Monetary" term only! Things are changing, emergence of new generation leaders within family are on the card who are willing to turn it around!

Corporate salutes only those, who are raising but discard easily who has been ever churning his whole life to shape organization on the cost of family, time, society, health, and so on. After years of donating whole life to company, sudden he find himself very stranded, estrange , strange, useless for the company. No meaning of the education of those Said LALA who is shaping their company on the cost of those who has been the ever shoulder of the company. why we are getting very very selfish why........?
