Thanks for referral Chandra.

We should realize the fact that policies of govt. are keep changing from time to time for biotechnology industry.

Also students who are completed their studies in biotechnology, are hardly got any job immediately.Also their expectations for joining/first /starting salary are sky high.Also these industry facing many problems from animal activist/PETA that they hardly get permission to test it on any species/animal so how can we see a boom in this industry as like China.

So experts from this field should jointly sit together with govt. authority to find the concrete solution on it so that we will see the progress of biotechnology field as like as IT sector.

well th jobs which r available in India are more in government sec and less in private companies unless and until u own a phd nothing better before that..
