BPO services alongwith IT services

I think such IT companies should focus more on taking in indian market and will result in better growth for the company and well as Indian IT future. Take a example - Unique Identification Authority Project, its going to provide business for many IT companies in India. Likewise there are more projects in future and companies can take those things compensating in profit margin. BPO business can give the company a productivity , but when it comes to overall growth for india,  infrastructure, agriculture and other core sectors plays a role. Also companies can spend some research and will would result in new technologies that would take in the brand - MADE IN INDIA rather than we following that it is made in other countries.

I think IT companies should invest more in providing consultation and software activities like designing new products, providing support etc. The BPO activities do not provide any value addition to the IT companies. I think companies exclusively involved in BPO activities should be involved in this, so that they can be specialized in that area. IT companies should concentrate on their area of specialization.
